Welcome back to our Year 11 Future Problem Solving Team!
Our Year 11 Future Problem Solving team got back recently after their huge adventure in the USA, representing Lake Joondalup Baptist College as Australian National Champions! Sam, Lucas, Cara, Tayte, Chantal, and Abigail, along with their teachers, Miss Cartledge, Mrs Harris, and Mr Newland, had an incredible time in New York City, where they celebrated their achievements after the Future Problem Solving World Finals in Indiana.
Over a jam-packed week, the team went to all the major NYC sites like Times Square and Central Park, saw Hamilton the musical, went to a Mets baseball game, and walked across the Brooklyn Bridge at sunrise, amongst many other fun activities. LJBC is proud of these students for their dedication and teamwork, as well as the exceptional way they represented the College while abroad. Multiple people commented that they'd never met such a courteous group of high school students before.
