Early Morning Sprint Training
Our Secondary students have been up bright and early refining their sprinting technique, getting ready for next week’s Inter House Athletics Carnival.
Athletics is a key part of our curriculum, not just for physical fitness but to support mental wellbeing too. It gives students a chance to step away from the classroom, challenge themselves, and connect with other students differently.
A reminder for parents: our Athletics Carnival is happening next Thursday 14 August. We’re looking forward to a fantastic day of competition. See you there!
