What sport means to me and my future goals:
Swimming for me used to be something that I would do after school to relax and take my mind off other pressures or problems. I then found out that I had quite a passion for the sport and that I enjoyed it a lot. This led to my involvement in competitive swimming and joining the Arena Swim Club at HBF Arena Joondalup. 2020 was a rough year starting off with the National Championships being cancelled due to COVID and the closure of the HBF pool from March through to December for repairs. This year I am looking forward to getting back into some serious training and competitions.
