Year 10 Wellbeing Day

Wellbeing is strongly linked to happiness and life satisfaction. As students move towards their final years of studies, it is important that they realise the value of personal wellbeing in helping them to flourish and reach their full potential. On Wednesday, the Year 10s enjoyed filling their toolbox with learning new skills and being active. Students partook in African Drumming and Stretch & Flex, feeling simultaneously relaxed and energised afterwards. They also had fun with their peers participating in a variety of sports, games and laser tag.
