It is hard to believe we are into Week 4, already, but this means that a solid focus on academics is happening across all Learning Areas. Students in all year groups are learning across many different areas with both theory and practical class work.

A reminder to both students and parents that the student Learning Management System, SEQTA, is available for both parents and students. This is a valuable tool for all students with their learning, where resources for classes are found and where valuable information such as current marks and feedback from their teaches are found.

Please remember that all subject/course changes must be completed by 25 March. Please make an appointment with Mrs Eyre, Mrs Van Aswegen or Mr Smith to discuss.

We also love to celebrate our students’ successes. This week we awarded Endeavour Awards and Certificates of Excellence from Semester 2, 2021 in Connect classes due to restrictions on College Assemblies under the current COVID plan. I’m excited to inform that we have awarded the following:

Academic All-Rounder Scholarships:

Academic All-Rounder Scholarships are awarded to students who have demonstrated a consistent and outstanding level of academic ability during their Lower Secondary years. Candidates must have achieved an aggregate of 80% or more, or equivalent, at the end of the previous school year. The Scholarship provides for a remission of 50% on tuition fees only and is valid for Years 10, 11 and 12.
